Mrs Rosemary Hodgkinson is the Director, Registered Provider, and Manager of our agency. Following family tradition, she trained as a nurse at St.Thomas' Hospital, before qualifying as a midwife and then working as a hospital nurse in South Africa. On her return she was appointed as a Sister and ran Nightingale Ward when it was first opened, spending much of her time liaising with doctors, relatives and social services, and also arranging after-care for the patients leaving her charge. Rosie has been a Domiciliary Care Manager since 1989 and founded Trinity Homecare in 1997 with her husband Richard. She is a Trainer of Risk Assessors and Key Trainers in the Safe Handling of People. As well as her professional experience, Rosie has a good understanding of clients' needs, having raised her own family and nursed her parents during their illnesses.
Richard Hodgkinson is also a Director and the Company Secretary. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant. Richard is the Financial Manager of the company. He is also qualified as a Risk Assessor and Trainer in Movement and Handling. Richard and Rosie are married and enjoy the chance to direct Trinity Homecare together!
